The times they are a changin’. I don’t know about you, but I feel a little uncertainty during these times, when the papers are full of doom and gloom.
To help, life coach extraordinaire Anthony Robbins has launched The Power of Crisis, a website about real people overcoming and transforming challenges.
There’s a lot of good advice there, check out Tony’s recorded audio message there, and also Kathy’s story (see the videos on the right). She was born deaf, labeled mentally challenged, but taught herself to speak. Watch her story and I challenge you not to be moved!
Tony has also appeared recently on the Today Show to talk about how to deal with the current financial challenges.
And here he is answering viewers’ questions.

I agree with Tony that in times of economic uncertainty it is important to choose life and face your fear as a way to stay focused. In most cases fear is the result of a lack of preparation or lack of a well defined plan. We can insulate ourselves from being a victim of this uncertainty by using this time to truly assess our value, position our personal brand and help others. How you respond when times are challenging will be a good indicator of the value you bring when times are stable and therefore tell much about your worth. So it’s important to face uncertainty with the certainty that you will pull through. As you do others will see your value rise as a result.

I agree with the essential message that it’s a season, a storm, albeit a rocky one. There has never, however, NEVER been a storm that didn’t end. Metaphorically, when we’re in the eye of the storm it’s hard to remember that, and we naturally shift towards fear. It’s everywhere, on TV, papers, radio, etc, and it’s affecting everyone, affecting everyone. However, hold on to that little boat, and believe that you will survive this. Hold on and start noticing your thinking. If it is bringing you comfort, stick with it. If it is fear about the future, experienced entirely in the present, it’s an opportunity to start “talking” to ourselves instead of listening to ourselves. It is our thoughts that create our feelings and recognizing that there will ALWAYS be challenging and upsetting situations, circumstances. This is known as life on life’s terms. There has never been more of a need for faith……This too shall pass. Who shall you being during the rocky ride? That, and that alone, is entirely up to you. Believe and take action. Put the focus on what you CAN do instead of what you can’t or what’s toxic to your sense of well being. If you want to, you can! Do it..you’re worth it!

If you have two mirrors in front of you one being the internal and the other external all have to do now MAKE A REAL DECISION to focus into the internal mirror and visual picking up a chair and smashing the other burning the bridges behind you so to speak. And see how good you feel. REPEAT AFTER ME. Creating something new is the only path i will take. Though gratutude of what has been already and what i have. There is nothing on this earth that can make me mad, sad or feel really bad.i full my body now with power, determination and pride. anything that come up against isn’t bigger than i. So i turn my back on the fear and say goodbye. REPEAT THIS DAILY OUTLOAD and see what happens. now once your in state decide what you really want and so after it remember to focus on contribute to others and your richness of you life will jump to next level. because as you know the secret to living is what? giving. Why because when you give teach your brain have more than enough and others pick that up from the vibrations of energy you give of. And i promise that you will receive from other sources because its a law of life. Help others and you’ll help yourself. set up for yourself family events that don’t cost money like go on a run together and really associate with one other. create a deep connection with yourself and work on myjer areas of life that mtter most surround myself was the best person you can. Listen to Anthony Robbins because i tell you know my friend this is a hugeopportunity to grow like crazy and do well financially if you use your emotion effectivly and ask the right questions. JAY.C.RILEY out god bless. . . . . .

I appreciate Tony’s comments and have experienced some fear as I got a a $25,000 pay cut two weeks ago. However, a lot of great things have happened since then. I am much more focused on my internet businesses and am seeing immediate results. One door closes, another opens.
