Thinking about thewhitespace’s comment on my last post about black and white thinking, I’ve realized that there’s a fine distinction between simplicity and making things way too simple.
The simplicity I’m aiming for isn’t the black and white simplicity before thought, i.e. ignorance, but the simplicity that comes after the far side of complexity, i.e. clarity after thought.
Looking for Solutions?
Are you looking for a life coach to help you overcome your challenges?
I still get a lot of emails from my readers who ask me for personal coaching. While I appreciate your trust in me, I don't have the means at the moment to provide adequate coaching.
If you're looking for solutions, I recommend you post at the Anthony Robbins Forums. Over there you'll find a large group of motivated, intelligent and loving people who will be more than willing to help you improve your life.

Simplicity for me means when everything seems to occur in its own natural order, in its own timing. I think its more of a mental space than anything. That lovely feeling when you feel you have enough time and energy to give to each task.
When I feel rested and energized, everything seems simpler. At the moment I’m working on simplifying my life by getting enough sleep. Its a banal approach, but its working well!

Getting enough sleep is one of my current goals as well Wendy and boy does it make a difference in the day
I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. I think what I’m really aiming for out of all this simplifying is to get more ‘flow’ experiences – when “everything seems to occur in its own natural order” and that “lovely feeling when you feel you have enough time and energy to give to each task” indeed.
