		<description>Thank you so much for sharing these experiences.  As sick as I was on my Sept.-Oct. trip to India, at least I got 3 meals a day to eat.  I still lost at least 10 pounds over that 3 week period.  I also had a bed with a mattress, even though at one point I joked to my roommate that I thought the floor was probably softer than my bed.  Still, I had a wonderful time.  Mine was a spiritual retreat in an ashram of Sathya Sai Baba.</description>
