Back from Monasteries & Meditation

General

Hi everyone! I’m back from my 18-day stay in Thailand – it’s been a heady mix of staying with monks, simple living, 10 days of silence, lots of meditation and the blaring sights and sounds of Bangkok.

I’ve just had my first long hot shower in 18 days, and I’m going to take a short nap on the first bed I’m going to lay on in 17 days.

It’s been an eye-opening trip, with some very enlightening moments as well as some very difficult ones. Paiboon is doing well, very well and I was very happy to have visited with him. Will update all of you soon.
