I don’t remember the exact place I heard these, but I suspect I jotted them down from an Anthony Robbins audio program.

Hmmm Alvin, just wondering… with all these self-improvement lists, how do you remember everything? Or is it so internalised, or do you put them at your desk so you see them everyday?

Haha whitespace, I’m not so perfect! I actually responded to that question in my comment here on how I make it work for me. If more people ask I might just do a post on it!

Aye. Hahaha but you have so many lists!!! You print them all out, or just keep the most applicable ones?
As far as productivity posts go, I like the Jerry Seinfeld post not too long ago though. Productivity tips from my favourite comedian.
My problem is finding out what is worth not breaking the chain for.
