Hello Alvin,
What are your thoughts about the easiness in constantly keeping yourself reminded on these 7 rules above.
It can be easily stated but there are problems that we constantly face which draws our attention away.

Hi Glenn,
Good question, there are many ways you can do this.
1) Easiest of all, print out these principles and put them somewhere you’ll see often. On your wall, your PDA or computer desktop.
2) Schedule them in. Principles are great, but only when you translate them into action. So, clarify your values. Schedule a time on Sunday, for example, to think and write down what’s important in your life.
Cleaning up past memories could mean throwing old stuff away that isn’t consistent with your present goals.
Align your thoughts with your goals by printing your goals out and keeping them constantly in view.
Schedule a time in to act on your goals - to lose weight, schedule in exercise.
3) Recognize that it’s not always easy, but it is a worthwhile journey. Sometimes you’ll be on a roll, sometimes you’ll slip - it’s natural. Just keep yourself heading in a path you want to go.
