Who owns you really?
Is it email? TV? Fame? Money? Is it what you drive? What you have or don’t have? That new toy you just can’t live without? Is it your past? Someone you haven’t seen in years? Is it what people say you are? Is it what others think of you? Is it what you believe? Is it your own voice or the voices of others?
Who owns you? You or somebody else?
Looking for Solutions?
Are you looking for a life coach to help you overcome your challenges?
I still get a lot of emails from my readers who ask me for personal coaching. While I appreciate your trust in me, I don't have the means at the moment to provide adequate coaching.
If you're looking for solutions, I recommend you post at the Anthony Robbins Forums. Over there you'll find a large group of motivated, intelligent and loving people who will be more than willing to help you improve your life.

Thanks for this post. Just asking the question is often a helpful (and subtle) reminder to be about the most important things in life. Errands- right now, they’re owning me as we’ve moved into a new home. Thanks for the post,
Mike
