I hear that his talents in NLP is legendary. I still remember how he said this to a POE participant during a particularly difficult outdoor exercise when he wanted to quit:

&quot;Why do you climb a mountain with a television on your back?&quot; 

And with such finesse, the guy got a &quot;ping&quot; and he did the exercise successfully and even came back to coach.

I also remembered how Paiboon shared with me the strategy of stretching time and the key to sleeping 5 hours/day and still feeling refreshed. I still rememebered the tough time I had to convince him to return me back my handphone, watch and PDA. 

Yeah. When Paiboon does something that is going to be good for you, he does it for REAL!
