Part of my job is traveling to many places in Asia Pacific to meet clients and my business partners.
I remembered the time I was in the taxi on the way to the airport and my plane was leaving in 45 minutes.
The traffic is not moving an inch, it was very hot day in the summer and taxi has no air-conditioning.
And I feel… Frustration ==> FASCINATING
Do you have any moment that you feel frustration and want to turn that into fascinating?
You need a SATI — which is self awaresness of your own emotion. How do you achieve that? I will cover that in my next post

Yeah Baby ! We need Sati !
SATI : Mindfulness, self-collectedness, powers of reference and retention. In some contexts, the word sati when used alone covers alertness

Thanks for response…
I recommend 11 inches solution.
So only 11 inches journal you must take from your head to your heart because that is one of the way to increase your patient and determination,
that’s not far too difficult, right?
