While I was reading 7 days of Gratitude series , I came across a comment by June about 365 days of gratitude.
I’m doing that in the different form.
Some of you may come across the words “Magical Moment”, yes; I’m a collector of Magical Moments. Everyday, I will have a few Magic Moments or Aha, something that I learn from the day, something that I’m proud of, something that makes me smile or makes this world better place, nice ads maybe. I will just write those down on my Journal.
And at the end of the week, I will spend time about 40 minutes review what I was my Magic Moment, and I’ll choose Magic Moment of the Week.
And every month, I’ll invest couple of minutes on the Magic Moment of the Week and choose Magical Moment of the Month.
And of course I’ll have my Magic Moment of the Quarter and Magic Moment of the Year.
I’ve been doing this for the last 3 years, and when I look back at this Magical Moment, I’m so happy. And this happiness is in me, no one can take it away. And I keep these Magic Moments in my beautiful leather gold plated journal, which I call a “Treasure Box”
Some of you have given me a feed back about my grow smile and positive thinking I have. Yes, it’s direct result of my treasure box.
Imagine in year, you have more than 50 wonderful Magical Moments to cheer you up, how muck more well-being would that done to your self-image?
You too, you can grow from inside, with all the treasure you have, keep it, collecting those magical moments you have and review them regularly.
Start today! Think of one or two magic moments or AHA you have in the last 24 hours and leave it in the comment session. As you share your treasure, both get inspired.

Ha yes, Paiboon. Ever since heard about your “magical moments” and how you diligently jot them down, I was quietly practising it. Of course, as you might have guessed, I was not as detailed and consistent as you.
Nevertheless, I always have my “magical moments” replaying in my head whenever I choose to. Certainly, it has made me a happier and more grateful person as the days go by.

Jim Rohn mentioned about not only participating in life by taking more action but also capturing event by taking journal. Alvin also talked about 5 Key to Journal here . That’s how everyone can start capturing the moments

I love the treasure box idea. I’m going to use it with my students this year to help counter the negativity I hear from them. I’ve had my grade 9 and 10 students do grateful journals on a daily basis, but I think I’m going to have them do the magic moment activity. I’ll do it as well. Thanks for the inspiration.
