Today i was reminded by an ex-colleague, who also happens to be a good friend, that something I had designed and created at my previous job, had helped him immensely. I was very happy to hear that I had made a difference in his already dismal day. I am happy to be where I am in life right now, and happy to know that others appreciate my talents, even though I don't trust my abilities as much others do. However, I am working hard to accept compliments and to be grateful to receive them as well. Regards, Patricio Nice story! And I told him that I would like to venture into sales and marketing instead of staying put in documents and customer service dept. And my boss actually told me that he could arrange for that if it's not my cup of tea, I could return to managing the customer service dept in the office. He mention that he belief in having staff who work with the interest in their job then those who work-for-the-day. He believe in giving oppontunities and helps the staff to learn and explore as we grow with the company. It's great to have such bosses who respects the interest of the employees. I'm happy to have come across this two such bosses and I'm glad to be working with them now. Day 2,
