3 Things To Do Before End of 2005

Before you start wearing your holiday hat, there are few things you could do before X’Mas eve.

Pull out your journal right now and complete these 3 activities within next 10 mins.

1) List down your 3 highlights of 2005.
Something that worth remembering, something that make yourself proud, something that happen because you’ve put those effort in, something that make you smile.
Question to ask yourself: What are 3 things I have done right in the last 12 months?

2) List down 3 challenges of 2005.
Something that you can make it better, something that challenges you.
Question to ask yourself: What are 3 things I can do better in the last 12 months?

3) What are 3 things you want to make it happen in 2006?
Your goals, your dream, Is 2006 your year?
Question to ask yourself: If 2006 is my year, what are 3 things I must make it happen? What type of person I would become?

And I challenge you to leave short comment about your 3 things in the Comment session of this article.

For me:
Highlights are;
1) Set up my own seminar, website and investment trading, Face my fear
2) Make “Ring of Conscious Choice” and propose to my love one.
3) Complete marathon with little preparation. Fall in love with pain

Challenges are;
1) Being independence of good opinions of others.
2) Donation to charity. I didn’t donate as much as I could.
3) Focus and concentration: Remember the hand pump story? It really got it from this experience

My 2006
1) Another Seminar Launch
2) New beginning with Simpler and Happier Family with woman I love
3) Knowing my purpose gives me focus and energy to moveon.

How about yours? :)

Happy Year Ending 2005

    I really enjoyed this post. It’s easy to forget how powerful our physical reactions are! I like your approach here. Especially reminding the reader that we are not always ready for change — though we think we are! I agree that the real failure is letting fear stop us. Thanks for posting this!

    This is a great article. I especially like the list of symptoms… some of which a lot of people may not recognize as a sign of stress.

    It’s also important to continue with your stress managment activities even when there are no signs or symptoms of stress. Doing this will help you become stressed less often and ward off stress before it even begins.

    The physical body does not differentiate between happy stress and overwhelm. Stress is stress. We need to develop coping mechanisms in our daily life to avoid the harmful, physiological effects of stress.
