Hello ! This is Brenda speaking. I am writing this to pre-frame all visitors who will be reading my posts. =) Frankly, I have RESISTED posting for so long so I am afraid of getting hang in the gallows, being blasted by Pete or even getting gunny sacked out of the blue. Or even worst, readers getting pertitfied or getting all fired up (in a negative sense). In short, I have trillions of internal conversations going on.

Those who know me will know that I am very straight to the point. My views can be pretty controversial or do not really align with stuff shared in LGAT (Large Group Awareness Training).

Please note that I really mean no harm and have no intention to start a fight or even to contradict anyone. Those who know me or have been coached by me will know that I come from a SPACE of learning from everyone and respect free choice. No one is superior than any other. Any postings are purely my views only. I believe that NO ONE Teaching, Method, Coach is suitable for all. There are three views to any thing, “My View, Your View and The REAL VIEW”. Find the view that works for you. My side may not work for everyone. If you find that it works for you, GREAT ! Let me know. If you find that it does not, I will be glad to know yours. We are all here to learn from each other =)

You can anticipate postings on Awareness, Health (Natural + Alternative Healing), Teens, New Age Stuff and Wonderful Recommendations by Me and finally some of my philosopy which arises out from day to day interactions with others..

P.S. I will be undergoing academic studies in Naturopathic Medicine next year so most of my postings will be related to Alternative Health and Natural Healing.
