Self-awareness in relation to what you see hear and feel.

Self-awareness in relation to what others are seeing, hearing and feeling.

Self-awareness in relation to your environment and situation.

Coaching awareness is probably one of the toughest challenge we encounter as coaches. It's got a lot to do with how we can help move people into different perceptual positions.

Yezhong's "percusors to failure" manifests itself in being aware of how he becomes easily irritable ie, he's aware of himself first.

He is also aware of how having people around him affect him.

Looking forward to Part 2. What to do with this awareness?

I know exactly what you mean! I've noticed these 'precursors of failure' in myself too. Like I know if I start overeating a lot I'm probably too stressed out and need to take a breather.

I've identified a few of these and they've worked as 'danger signals' whenever I've caught them to let me know I'm off-track.
